Healing Energy Circles
Hello, and warmest welcome to the introduction of an Energy Healing Circle, within my community and wider area. I am very excited about these circles and its something that can really help people with their own self-healing. I am an Energy Healing Practitioner. I do energy healings at my beautiful healing space, 'Free Spirit Holistic Healing,' in Ardara. I am a Reiki Master/Practitioner, Integrated Energy Therapy Teacher/Practitioner and Rahanni Celestial Healing Teacher/Practitioner and I also do other holistic treatments.
I now wish to share these beautiful healing modalities in a group setting. Energy Healing gently works with the body's natural electromagnetic field, enhancing the body's own innate ability to heal itself on all levels. It helps restore balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit, promoting feelings of relaxation and wellbeing. Energy Healing can benefit everyone, whether young or old, and also animals! It can gently kick-start the recipients own healing process and restore balance within the body.
Some people who have migraine, asthma, skin conditions, orthopedic injuries, arthritis and chronic pain have noted improvements in their health after experiencing Energy Healing. These energy modalities have also supported some people who have various forms of cancer and other types of serious health conditions. Energy Healing is also effective in calming the mind and have helped many with anxiety and depression. People suffering from low self-esteem or are feeling a bit lost or going through big life changes, have also noted remarkable differences following treatments.
During the Energy Healing Circle, you do not have to talk or share. You only have to be open and receptive to the healing. Bring a mat, pillow and blanket and when you come in to the room, lay down and make yourself comfortable and settle into a relaxed state. I will talk you through the session. The combination of beautiful soothing music, my voice, visualisation, focus, meditation and the healing rays is the elements that make the Energy Healing Circle so very powerful.
