Chakra Dancing & Guided Meditation
Chakra Dancing is a beautiful workout for mind, body and soul. Through dance we can free up our natural energy flows and enhance our lives by harmonising our inner and outer selves to rediscover a natural balance and vitality. As we delve deeper into the dance and explore in detail different aspects of the chakra moves, we can look and feel really good. We need to nurture the mind and soul as well as the body. In Chakra Dancing we celebrate all aspects of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Kick off your shoes, lend your ear to the music and let your body follow. This is not a choregraphed dance class…how you move your body is as individual as you are. No right or wrong…just let go to let in. I am a fully qualified Chakra Dance & Guided Meditation Therapist/Energy Healing Therapist, and I will guide you on a journey to balance your chakras by the movement of dance. At the end of the class I sometimes do a beautiful guided meditation, which leaves participants floating out the door. Totally relaxed and energised all at the same time!

So many people say to me 'but I can't dance'. Don't let the word 'dance' put you off...if you want to stand, sit, kneel or lie on the floor to feel the music, that's perfectly fine. This class is not about choreographed dance, it is moving or not moving your body in any way that feels right for you. Chakra Dancing is about rebalancing, clearing and cleansing the Chakras from any negative emotions, stresses or physical, emotional and mental blockages that are keeping you stuck or making you feel unwell. It is about taking time to connect with yourself and how your body and mind is feeling. Chakra Dance and the powerful music I play, will calm the mind, create clarity and uplift and empower your spirit, heart and body. It is a great way to meet people. A connection with other like-minded people is formed and some really beautiful friendships have been made. Chakra Dance can also help release the inner child…we laugh...a lot.
Chakra Dance is a beautiful, heart centred workout for the mind, body and soul. It is for anyone that loves moving their body to great music, have fun and freely express their own unique creativity. It is a wonderful cathartic experience, which grounds the energy and releases stress and emotions that build up in the body.
Our Chakras are a very real part of who we are. They are not separate from us. The role of the Chakra is to help regulate the flow of energy in and out of our bodies and aura. Through Chakra Dancing, we begin to dislodge the blockages by moving the energy in our Chakras. As we release this trapped energy, we
transform our bodies and lives.
